They will be all supplied as the bare steel like all our products are, but with the inside of the ring will be sealed in a white enamel, with the LEDs all set up, All with exterior LEDs ready to plug in with colour changing remote
All built out of thick 2mm bare plate steel , they are heavy 15-20kg ish,
You can let them Rust for an old look or you will be able to seal them up in the paint colour you want yourself, They are not perfect but if properly primered then sanded then top coated, they could be close , panels do come out each side to make it easy for you to paint,
